2022 Honda HR-V (EU-spec) – Crash Tests / Safe Small SUV. The second round of Euro NCAP tests for 2022 includes three vehicles. The Honda HR-V (EU-spec) and DS 4 got a respectable four-star rating, while the Dacia Jogger was limited to only one star, following the two-star Dacia Sandero sibling.
The Honda HR-V, the hybrid-only European version of the Japanese SUV performed well in the crash tests. However, it came short of the five-star rating, receiving four stars due to the less-than-ideal restraint performance, especially for children in the rear seats. Breaking down the rating, the HR-V scored 82 percent in adult protection, 75 percent in child occupant, 72 percent in vulnerable road users, and 78 percent in safety assist, for a total score of 31.3 points.
