At its heart, therefore, is a 5.2-litre V12 developing 690 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 555 lb-ft of torque between 1,800 and 6,000 rpm. It gives accelerations from 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) in just 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h.
Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission, specially tuned for faster shifts, and a mechanical limited-slip differential.
