2023 Hyundai GRANDEUR (New Azera) – Hyundai’s new flagship Premium Sedan. South Korean company Hyundai Motor Co. on Monday introduced the all-new Grandeur sedan to the domestic market, which should strengthen the manufacturer’s product line.
Initial the announcement took place about a month agobut then only a new design was presented, and now the manufacturer has revealed details about the technical component, and also named prices.
The new Grandeur comes with a 1.6-litre petrol hybrid, 2.5-litre petrol, 3.5-litre petrol or 3.5-litre LPG engine, the company said.
At the same time, the hybrid sedan model received two driving modes – E-Comfort Drive for a smooth ride and E-Dynamic Drive for a more dynamic style.
It is equipped with 10 airbags and safety features such as forward collision avoidance, highway driving assistance, reverse parking collision avoidance and remote smart parking assistance. Also, the car received an antibacterial coating of the seats and all surfaces that the driver and passengers most often touch.
Hyundai’s new flagship sedan is 5035mm long, 45mm longer than the previous generation. They also increased the wheelbase by 10 mm and the rear overhang by 50 mm. As a result, the car received new elegant proportions and a more spacious interior. Exterior features include frameless doors and hidden door handles.
On the center console, a 12.3-inch multimedia system display with integrated navigation, dual with a digital instrument panel, attracts all the attention, under which a 10.25-inch touch panel for controlling the air conditioning system is installed.
Its price ranges from $28,000 to $35,000 in South Korea.
