New 2024 Honda Elevate Mid-Sized SUV | Reveal & Details. Honda has introduced the highly anticipated Elevate in India, marking its global debut as a mid-size SUV. This is a significant milestone for the Japanese automotive giant as it enters the mid-size SUV segment to compete with popular models like Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and others. Bookings for the Honda Elevate will commence in July, with the official launch scheduled during the festive season.
In terms of design, the Elevate bears the distinctive Honda aesthetic, featuring the iconic thick bar grille that seamlessly integrates with sleek headlamps. The rear of the vehicle is adorned with stylish and slim tail lamps. Measuring 4.2 meters in length, 1.65 meters in height, and 1.79 meters in width, the Elevate boasts a ground clearance of 220mm.
Initially, the new Elevate will be available with a sole engine option: a 1.5-liter petrol engine delivering 121 PS of power and 150 Nm of torque. Transmission choices are expected to mirror those offered in the Honda City, including a 6-speed manual transmission or a CVT gearbox, depending on the variant.
